Three Days Grace: Never Too Late Meaning
Song Released: 2007
Never Too Late Lyrics
What I expected
And if I don't belong
Who would have guessed it
I will not leave alone
Everything that I own
To make you feel like it's not too late
It's never too late
Even if I say
It'll be alright
Still I...

I think all your answers are along the right track but the guy with the black feathers is not a demon he is trying to help her.

I've heard people mention the hand prints....if you pay close attention there is a hand print in black high on the little girls thigh....supporting the theory of molestation....This song is very realistic....Excellent writing and the video was haunting.

It's about someone who wants to kill themselves but a person who loves them is trying to convince them don't do it.

I believe it's about this girl who has a perfect life. Until the man (in the sweater) rapes her. Thought her parents don't know nothing about it. The angel is the her guardian angel. Who is fighting the guy who raped her. The butterfly wings meaning rebirth. The older lady is the girl but grown--up. I have almost the same experience as she does.

I'm basing my opinion on the video: The girl's parents are there in the beginning of the video, then a new guy shows up. I'm guessing maybe he was someone the parents knew or maybe even a step-father... and I agree with the whole molesting thing. I think that she had a bad past and when the nurses were dragging her to the bed in the asylum, she was looking back on her terrible life as a child. She was in the asylum for trying to commit suicide. There was like a demon in her and I think it was the man who molested her, and in the video it is him who is holding her down on the bed. And (like everyone is saying)the parents had tape over their eyes because they couldn't see their daughter's pain. Then, Adam (singer) tells her ("Even if I say, it'll be alright, still I hear you say you want to end your life. Now and again we try to just stay alive, maybe we'll turn it around 'cause it's not too late, it's never too late") and the demon is free from her.
Beautiful song, I love it! -
The molestation thing sprang to mind but I thought it was about a girl suffering from mental illness and her father is trying to save her from hurting herself. That he was fighting Death. He won and she walks away. That interpertation was personal to me and what I wanted to see in it. However now that I watch it more closely the molestation explains a lot more of the video's elements like the black hands and taped eyes that I had missed before.

This song is about being in a very dark place, but being able to see a way out. In the video the girl is trying to set herself free from her inner demons after realizing that suicide isn't the way to do it. It's really sad because the parents who are dancing in a circle with the little girl have the tape over their eyes because they were blind through their daughters pain but she found comfort in a friend who told her 'It's never too late.'

This song's meaning was explained by Three Days Grace frontman, Adam Gontier, at a live performance on March 7, 2007 at the 9:30 Club in Washington D.C., where he stated, "this song is about being in a very dark place, but being able to see a way out.
There's your answer. -
The video is about a woman who was molested by someone she trusted as a child and when she's being moved by the nurses she's looking back on her innocence and how it was stolen from her. The hands that are holding her down are her fathers...shes in the insane asylum because she has tried to kill herself. The anger is her and she's killing her demon or the mans soul and setting herself free. The parents who are dancing in a circle have the tape over their eyes because they were blind through their daughters pain.
