Beside You Lyrics

Within a minute I was all packed up
I've got a ticket to another world
I don't wanna go
I don't wanna go
The silent words are hard to speak
When your thoughts are all I see
"Don't ever leave," she said to me

When we both fall asleep...

In 5SOS's context, the boy gets known, and has a 'ticket' to the world out there, away from his girl. He knows she's alone and he genuinely wants to go back to her, be with her all the time, like they were before he had to leave. She lies awake all the time, missing him, but he misses her too. He can't do anything but wish he was physically with her. It's a long distance relationship and the only thing that he can do to comfort himself/ her is that the sky they see everyday are one and the same, and it makes their distance apart so much more bearable.

This song makes me think of long distance relationship maybe or her lover is in the military and keeps going to a new place every so often and can't be there for her every moment. He wishes he could be beside her and comfort her but reality hits that their in two different places. But the two people remind each other they're under the same sky and it makes the distance seem a little more bearable <3

To be straight to the point, this was about Luke Hemmings and Aleisha MacDonald.

I think it’s about two best friends who have known each other for ages but then started to fall for each other but they both don’t know that the other likes them
They both dream about each other and wish that they were beside the other

I think this about a boy who died of sickness/illness . The first part which is 'I've got a ticket to another world.' is the one that says everything. Of course, the another world is heaven then on the Bridge where 'My heart wants to come home.'is mentioned, means that the boy is regretting that he died because he misses the girl and the part where 'Don't ever leave.' is mentioned is something that the girl is telling the boy. In my imagination, in this part, the girl visited the boy in the Hospital and saw the boy lying there which made the girl say'Don't ever leave.' That is my interpretation about this song. Thank you for reading.

It's about the boy going on tour and him missing his girlfriend and wanting to be beside her.

this song is about a long distance relationship that they miss each other and want to be together every second of their lives but its hard because he is on tour and can't see her so he wishes he could be beside her to keep her happy. he thinks that she is lonely and she is so he wants to be beside her so she doesn't have to "sleep alone" so they can be together. yay

I think it is about a long distance relationship where the girl is in another country and the boy (5SOS) is always touring and he wants to be with her all the time and comfort her but since they are on the other sides of the world it makes it hard for both of them.
