I think it's about a person who isn't good at school hence their talk about their teacher and “the system”. They really don't like it and don't see the point of it. They also feel like an outsider in school hence the title “rejects”. This song is just saying that at this point they really just don't care, like when they say “you tried to save me but I'm too far gone”.

This song's about people who don't fit in with society.
Society gives you rules and sometimes rules are meant to be broke. I think it pretty much says how nobody likes him because he's different and everyone is just the same cause they mostly follow the same steriotypes.
So, for being different, or himself, he is rejected.
