5 Seconds of Summer: Teeth Meaning
Song Released: 2019
Teeth Lyrics
Only thing that's burning when the nights grow cold
Can't look away, can't look away
Beg you to stay, beg you to stay, yeah
Sometimes, you're a stranger in my bed
Don't know if you love me or you want...

The song is about the toxic “relationship“ of a person with their phone, using a metaphoric romantic relationship to illustrate the love-hate relationship a lot of people have with their mobile devices and social media nowadays. The line “fight so dirty but your love so sweet” refers to the contrasting dopamine rushes provided by and frustration regarding the user’s phone and social media, and while most of the song is written as a metaphor, there are arguably a few times throughout the song that refer to the topic directly, for example “can’t look away, can’t look away” may refer to the addiction directly

Teeth is about a toxic relationship that's a roller coaster for him. One minute they are so happy that this guy can see her being his wife but then the next he's not sure if she loves him or wants him dead. But some how he believes her lies and loves her to much to never let her go. He would take a bullet for this woman even if she was the person pulling the trigger.
