   I think this song is making fun of the people out there that act like partying is a big deal and so cool and all that rubbish. People call this the "ultimate party song", i think its funny that others cant see that they are being made fun of for being so shallow about girls and drinking. This is a satire my friends.

   This song is basically about Charlie Scene and his "weenie" as he so amusingly calls it. He gets up, drinks, then goes out into a bar, where he drinks more, then takes home a girl. The next morning, he says it's over bitch, shoves her off the bed, and does exactly the same thing again.

   its about charlie scene and his "weenie" as he loves to call it. he gets out of bed and drinks, then he goes to a bar where he drinks even more then he gets a girl takes her home, then next day he says "its over BITCH" and shoves her off the bed then dose the exact thing agen. the life of charlie scene :)
