   I think this song is making fun of the people out there that act like partying is a big deal and so cool and all that rubbish. People call this the "ultimate party song", i think its funny that others cant see that they are being made fun of for being so shallow about girls and drinking. This is a satire my friends.

   This song is basically about Charlie Scene and his "weenie" as he so amusingly calls it. He gets up, drinks, then goes out into a bar, where he drinks more, then takes home a girl. The next morning, he says it's over bitch, shoves her off the bed, and does exactly the same thing again.
