    Being that Kokain is German for "Cocaine", the meaning is rather self-explanatory.

    It discuss how cocaine can give one a sense of comfort and euphoria. The chorus, "Du bist das schönste Kind von allen, Ich halt dich wie mein eigen Blut" (You are the most beautiful child of all, I hold you like my own blood), suggest that an imaginary character has been summoned forth by the usage of cocaine and is whispering comforting words in the ear of the user.
