5 Seconds of Summer: Amnesia Meaning
Song Released: 2014
Amnesia Lyrics
I thought about our last kiss, how it felt the way you tasted
And even though your friends tell me you're doing fine
Are you somewhere feeling lonely even though he's right...
-
At the begining of the song its about losing someone they really loved.
-
I'm going through a rought time right now and I feel completely identified with this song. However, I'm not the boy who sings; I'm the girl torn between two men, forced to choose one of them and I honestly can't stop thinking about the other guy. I don't know what to do, and it really breaks my heart every time I hear this song because it shows me how the boy that I didn't choose is feeling. He's completely devastated, desperate to recover the love he's lost. I thought that by sharing my own experience I could show a different interpetation of the song.
-
To me he loves this girl like mad but due to miss understanding she had to live there is a saying that you don't know what you have you lose it he lost his treasure and is now wishing she hadn't leave and now he want to forget about her well u cant he want to be in the state of amnesia cause he had been in an insomnia state for long and he cant it anymore his in tears in wish cause the girl that meant everything to him has now been taken by another guy and thinking some crazy stuff and if peradventure this was a dream he will never let her out of his sight.
-
Well I think he just misses his potatopig.
-
My interpretation is that the girl he loved moved away and he wished that she either hadn't or he could forget the love they share
-
My interpretation is that someone he loved left him for another man and now he wish he'd never met her and loved her. He just want to go back to normal and not feel anymore pain; therefore wishing to erase her from his memory.
