Alkaline Trio: Radio Meaning
Radio Lyrics
waking up next to nothing after dreaming of you and me
I'm waking up all alone, waking up so relieved
while you're taking your time with apologies,
I'm making my plans for revenge
Red eyes on orange...

My interpretation after countless listenings is a relationship gone wrong. So wrong he is mad at her, planning his revenge. But he is torn because he still likes her but hates her at the same time. "Waking up all alone, waking up so relieved" he clearly is unsettled and confused and what he really needs to do is talk it through with her but he is too mad.

This song is about continuously working on a failed relationship that he had, and having to go through the same motions over and over again, until finally realizing that it's never going to work out. So he's basically saying "fuck you" to the chick, because she screwed him over so many times. And he's finally somewhat relieved to know that he doesn't have to deal with her shit anymore, and plans to get revenge somehow, for all the hurt she's caused him.

Love the song. I really like the fact skiba used darling. To me it makes it easier for the song to be seen from the female perspective for the fans going through whatever and like to sing along to the song

Shaking like a dog shittin razor blades is an expression the soldiers used in vietnam. Skiba said it in an interview.

Yes I agree, he's pissed, he wants revenge. He has "a big fat fuckin' bone to pick" with her. I know that feeling
-
I think the song is about a heartbreak the lead singer had and he wants the girl to die with music hence the radio
