Eminem: Not Afraid Meaning
Song Released: 2010
Not Afraid Lyrics
I’m not afraid to take a stand
Everybody come take my hand
Let's walk together, through the storm
Whatever weather, cold or warm
Just let you know that, you’re not alone
Holla if you feel like you’ve been down the same...
-
idk i really wanna know if he really is talkin about the illuminati which i really don't wanna believe
-
This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway
-
This song is mainly composed for the illuminati. Be aware.
-
if you can see,in his video where he looks at his reflection in the mirrors he does not see the same person as him and in his song :going through changes:he mentioned how he walks all over the house trying to fight mirrors coze he hates his reflection.this means he sees his demon in the mirror.on the begining he talks about:he had to join illuminati to write the song and he says if you want to leave the illuminati take his hand.guyz please let us create an organisation that will destroy illuminati forever.
-
Haaa he is clearly talking about the Illuminati ! and now he is not afraid to expose it like Tupac did. It obvious that selling his soul to the devil for fame and luxuries over threw him. And now that he's realized how wrong he was all along he wants to gain his life back and this time take control. I love eminem.
-
It talks about how he wishes he never got into music.

Eminem's song "not afraid" is all in reference to the secret society, new world order, or as majority call it the
"illuminati"
Before starting to make decision, criticize the song. couple of things to keep in mind;
1) lyrics, read them line by line
2) the setting and the way he is dressed up
3) most importantly, the history of the artist songs, music career.
4) symbolism plays a big part is all, in fact they are everywhere.
* keep in mind this applies to all artists out there.
-------------------------------------------------------
most people misunderstood the song by mean eminem is taking drugs and he want to stop, but if they dig deep and search for deeper and sometimes symbolic meaning, the truth will unravel. I will post my second post in regards to the media and todays society tomorrow. meanwhile do some research if you have time . -
This song is a very good Influence to many sports such as football, wrestling, basketball, and Lacrosse. The reason i say this is because in them sports, you have go big or go home. Hitting people or being hit is a big part in them 4 sports. The things that happen in those sports, you have to be able to accept everything. Most of the people i know, like to have someone by there side or with them. In all them sports you walk on the field, mat, court, you have not only you friends and teammates, but you have your family so you shouldnt be afraid.

I strongly agree with the other posts it is because he left the illuminate he is leaving it and read the lyrics properly "I'm not afraid to take a stand
Everybody come take my hand
We'll walk this road together" like he's standing up 2 the Illuminati and like come with me together, and a lot more so you can tell :) -
I think this song is mainly about him not being afraid to let everyone know his mistake on his last two albums. When he says, "From Infinite down to the last Relapse album," he is talking about those albums. Then he says, "When I say 'em or do something I do it, I don't give a damn what you think." He is saying how he could care less of what we think, he is doing this for himself. He also says, "I'mma be what I set out to be, without a doubt undoubtedly." He is saying he is going to follow his dream from day one and he will not let anything get in his way. When he says, "His gift is a curse, forget the earth." He is saying that the world is setting him up for failure, he just wants to forget about everybody.
-
i think that the song is about him leaving the illuminati and how he aint afraid of them. remember the illuminati killed 2pac.
-
Devil signs are through the video. He signifies his true intentions. This Brings you to trust him. If he was speaking out like Tupac Shakur he'd be in the ground. Like Tupac Shakur said "Don't just bob your head to the beat. Listen to what they are saying and hold them accountable for their actions.". I hope he does change.
