Disturbed: You're Mine Meaning
You're Mine Lyrics
That whenever I am with you
You deliver me from the pain
In my life
Easy now to recognize
All the misery I have been through
It was beating me to submission
Till the day you arrived
Certainly, I felt alive
Strength...

So I found an interview where he speaks a little bit on this and for everyone who's saying this is a little bit of a religious song he's actually referring to his wife. which if you listen closely makes a lot of sense, and where I can definitely see a lot of people getting the religious vibe from it he said it was a pseudo love song for his wife.
-
Due to all the, reading I have done on him, I firmly believe this song is about him finally surrendering himself to Jesus Christ his Lord and Savior.. There's alot of religious aspects in this song. Ex:"Your power regave me new life, Made me reborn and refined,Rebuilt from inside" Sorry but no girl in this world could do that!
-
I feel (Due to all ive read about him) He is talking about accepting The Lord as his savior....
-
Put a religious twist on it... These lyrics are deep. One, someone, had a strength giving, life changing impact on him. Simply an awesome song.
Just another interpretative opinion. -
it seems like David is leaving this open to interpretation. Im taking this as a implication of the choice of choosing the one who holds everything.
-
It's simply a love song. The lyrics are saying how this individual has found their soul mate, saying that this person is perfect for them; they picked them up and brushed them off and made them feel loved.
-
I think Your Mine is about having someone come into your life and just make it a hell of a lot better. And that person also makes you stronger.
