   I think it's about the adolescent stage when you're still discovering who you are. I think it talks about someone who thought they were straight, but is now re-thinking about maybe being gay. Catchy song!
   P.S. I DO know Katy grew up in a strong Christian household, but I think music is a lot of peoples' way of expressing themselves,and this was Katy's way of expressing her feelings about exploring to find who you are.

   A girl interested in experimenting with her sexuality however would never do anything thinking its sinful got drunk and because of the high had the guts to actually try something that she was taught was "wrong" but enjoyed it and found out there is nothing wrong with being gay it doesn't make you a perv (like some assume) or sinful its innocent its just love or in the moment fun like any other relationship or fling.

   It's about a girl who was at a party and her boyfriend wasn't there "I hope my boyfriend don't mind it" she was in the moment and basically grabbed a random girl from the crowd and because she was drunk she didn't think about it "I got so brave drinking and lost my discretion" and kissed her. Her parents taught her not to do that but she did it anyways just for the fun of it " It felt so wrong it felt so right".
