   I'll tell you exactly what it is about..BECAUSE she's wrote 5 or more songs about me. It's about the time a young, small town country boy-Marine from Ky took her out on her picked her up at a bar in Jacksonville NC "The O-house" & our 1st date.. Man, being an honorable gentlemen got me katy perry's heart & soul from that night on...
   
   I walked into this bar (right when I kissed a girl came out on radio) and look over to my left. Then I see this you good looking girl being surrounded by like 15 people..all up in her shit too. I walked over "not have a clue to who she was" & moved some of those people out of the way & say "Excuse me mam, are you okay"?!?! "Are these people bothering you"?!?! "Do you need any help" She laughed & said (like a famous person would) "I'm Katy Perry, I'm fine". I just looked at her like she had a D on her forehead & said "Okay, you say that like youre famous" blah blah blah I leave after a sentence or 2 & drank with my marine buddy thats in my Platoon..5 minutes later she comes up & picks me up lol. Then after a few MOUTH TOO EAR SENTENCES "loud music" she's like come outside if you wanna talk. blah blah I get her # & this and that...
   
   But the 1st date is about her saying she's EL PRIMO slash EL CAPETIAN of quality stuff "wine & dine" then HAHA I had her having fun doing 2 different things she didnt like...Drinking beer & from a pitcher & having fun in a bowling alley.. blah blah & what not but I always had her outside her comfort zone & made her love it too.
   
   We're soul mates, true soul mates & thats why she wrote soo many songs about me & thats why they're her top ones too. Combat Deployments-ptsd-usmc & her career taking off made things soo impossible. We're 1/trillion match

   Katy perry is basically saying that she's complicated, but she knows how much she's worth, and isn't going to settle for someone who isn't gonna treat her like she should. She's also saying that she's not someone that people are going to to use, and if they really want her, then they will be willing to do anything for her.

   I think it is saying that she can't be bought, or won over by money, gifts, or merchandise. It's also saying (I can Be bought, but you'll pay the cost, of you can afford me) is saying that she might make an exception, but if he'll have to prove that he's worothy before she'll give herself to him.
