This song is a message to a boy who has hurt her, but then wonders why she still keeps coming back for more. What she's telling him is that the real wounds she's getting from loving him are coming from her not being able to have him, and that she's choosing to keep getting them, their self inflicted because she loves him and is willing to do anything to have him.
-
She is trying to say that this person is making her crazy. She has chosen him and wants him to like her. The wounds are self inflicted because she has, metaphorically speaking has hurt herself to get him. She will go "down in flames for you" and she is "addicted to you." She will do anything to get her crush. Really this is about a girl trying to impress a boy. It is a crush and the girl making herself go crazy over one person.
