   I think its about a one night stand. So its most likely fictional. Look at the verse “you never came back to ask it out.” Maybe the fire got started with a one night stand and billie wanted more.

   I think it about how mad billie is because she got rejected but for no reason. She fell in love with a guy, he rejected her, but he never told her so she thought it was for no reason. "lips meat teeth and tounge" is either reffering to the guy cheating on her or her nervousness when she kissed him. "Go ahead and watch my heart burn" probally refers to her reaction when he dumped her. "your love feels so fake" refers to how fake the kiss felt mabye. When vince staples starts singing is probally the perspective of the guy. "We are both guilty in the court of aorta" refers to how they both did bad things like after the guy dumped her billie did something bad to him. for example, burned his car which refers to "and ill watch your car burn"

    I personally think it's the fires going on in all the forests. "I'll sit and watch your car burn with the fire that you started in me" "Watch my heart burn". All of these quotes can be interpreted as the wildfires that were burning houses and cars and killing people and wildlife. The heart of the forest was set on fire bc humans betrayed her (the forest or mother nature). Billie did say that this song is not what you think, and many think it's about a loved one leaving. I think it's abt something bigger.
