   Like I write books in my mind I think the person falls in love with this guy but he thinks she's a freak cause she has different eye colors. Everyone talks about her and they just judge her! So she wears sunglasses to cover her eye colors and the fact she cries. But the guy from the group finds her interesting and wonders what's so wrong with her? So his friends make a bet with him to try and make her fall for him! So he ends up talking to her asking her questions and starts to slowly fall for her! so, in my opinion, I think this is how I think of ocean eyes!

   "Ocean Eyes" don't exactly have to be blue eyes. Maybe it rather means that the person...crys alot? "Diamond mind" I think is meant that the person has a beautiful mind that outshines through the perspectives of other people. It's rather unique?

   The girl is scared because she did something that he is not aware of and if he found out he would be mad and he doesn't know what it is but it makes his eyes seem like an ocean because he cant imagine what she hides and just makes her think hes hurting so she would feel for him, even though she is usually sad because of him this time she is sad for him.

    I read the lyrics from Another possible perspective: the writer has admired an older (possibly married) woman, but now finds him/herself falling hard for her.
