I think she's talking about herself in third person view
and the boy was her crush, but [maybe, this is just my idea] he was really mean to her in some way and it really hurt her and that is what she means when she says "She's broken" and at the middle of verse 1 "and gets destroyed"
This is just my idea, I don't know if it's right or not

I think that she sings this song because she talking about herself and that she thinks that she is broken. I also think that she is talking about her crush when she sings about the boy.
