I was thinking about this song for a while,the interpretation is biblical,i think is about how Judas betrayed Jesus,in the chorus say "why have you waited to embrace me my dear"the Judas part is "i'm still wondering why i'm still calling your name and i wonder,ohh i wonder,in my heart i still hope you will open the door".
