Billie Eilish: Sex Meaning
Sex Lyrics
You take your shoes off in the back of my van
Yeah my shirt looks so good
When it's just hanging off your back
And she said use your hands and my spare time
We’ve got one thing in common, it's this tongue of...

I think it’s about the singer being in love with a girl, who has a boyfriend (obviously), but still leads him (the singer) on. She’s making out with him and everything else, just not sex, because she thinks that would be cheating.
He knows that she doesn’t really like him and so he always tells himself, that he doesn’t really love her (although he does) and that it wouldn’t even matter if he did, because “She’s got a boyfriend anyway”. He tries to convince himself and the listener that he only wants sex from her, the only thing she doesn’t give him. Everytime they’re about to do it, she says “no” and he excepts it, but getting annoyed (“I’m not trying to stop you, love, but if we’re going to do anything, we might as well just fuck”)
I think after the last one she is so insulted she completely backs away from him and in the end he again more desperately tries to convince himself that he didn’t really like her and that she wasn’t that great at all (“You’ve got your tongue pierced anyway, you’re in your high tops… and so on”). He even states that it also could have been one of her friends he had the affair with, since they’re all the same, and he wouldn’t have cared.
To me, it seems like this song explores a typical teenager situation, hence while it’s so popular, but I don’t think it’s only about lust and sex, more about an unlucky crush with the singer too stubborn (and young?) to except that he’s in love. I love it! This song is a cover by billie the people or person who actually made is the group the 1975 -
