   1. Lady Gaga went to the high school that the Hiltons attended. She is from a wealthy family...and was never a poor stripper.
   
   2.She didn't come from obscurity. She has been writing music for famous artists for awhile and is now enjoying her own fame.

   my interpretation of this song is...well a blind and def person could understand and see the truth. the first time i saw gaga in the music video just dance was wow this girl is slutly. humping a blow up dolphin or whatever it was. i had a sense but ignored it. it was the performance at the vmas, paparazzi. i loved iut and became a fan even though i thought it was crazy with the blood n stuff. i became a regular lister and bought her album and learned all of her album by heart and listen to it over and over again. thats what i do with every artist that i love. it was rhianna that made me think twice then beyonce and then gaga. i see the truth now in there music and if you play it backwards you will see. beyince sweet dreams backwards as satanic messages. one of my favorite song i would sing over and over again. Jay Z is soooo freaking evil. his songs backwards and forward regular have crazy satanic messages as well. I am a singer my hole life trying to become famous for god and shead some like in these evil times and i will. when im famous ill call them all out and i will propbably be murder like all the greats who didnt want to budge to the dark forces of the illuminati. like michael jackson..murder... tupac. murder...just to name a few. do research on your favorite songs like i did! and you wonder why they stay in your head for days and days! they got you! so fight back! and be aware! of the devil. and may god saves all of his people! amen

   The king with no crown is Jesus 'King of the Jews' but Jesus had no crown. She loves Judas because he betrayed Jesus.. So pretty much she's saying she wants to bring down the king with no crown (Jesus)..

   This is just rediculus. Guys c'mon this song is controversial for a reason. Gaga isn't stupid, why would she several biblical terms for no reason? Exactly. This song gives me chills, that's not good. There's no reason to use the biblical wording she's used without intending it to make a mockery of religion. To all of you who are defending the deceitful singer like you know her, think about this: If the song isn't about religion and there is nothing wrong with it...then why are you so defensive and quick to say it's not? If it isn't,then why are you on this website commenting? This discussion wouldn't be open right now if people just believed.

   Actually, Lady Gaga is Christian. She fully believes in the Gospel, she just doesn't use the Bible to justify discrimination, nor does she thump people with it.
   
   "Judas" in general is about how even good things can come out of the darkest moments. When Judas betrayed Jesus, it resulted in Jesus' crucifixion. Judas' betrayal is one of the darkest times in the Bible, however, without the betrayal, Jesus would not have been able to die on the cross for everyone (hence, good things can come from seemingly horrible things).
   
   GaGa has said she is going to play Mary Magdalene in the music video and it will about be the dynamic relationship between her love for Judas and her devotion to Christ.

   i think that it is reffering to Judas being her bad side. she loves her bad side as it has got her where she is today. also she needs to apprechiate the bad to realise how good the good actully is....juxtoposition.

   Quite frankly I'm a big fan of gagas but this song is dissAppointing. I feel that her use of metaphors to describe ex boyfriends was very unnecessary. However I am also sick of all the "Antichrist" and "down with the church" comments. From my perspective gaga could very well be comparing the betrayal of an ex lover to the betrayal of judas. But she could also be saying down with the ignorance of christianity. I d

    I'm a Christian, and I love the sound of this song! I haven't stopped listening to it since it was released, some of these are really good points, and some...are silly. I'm a huge fan of GaGa, have been since Just Dance..I just wish she would keep the controversial religious baggage out of the music..
    I'm curious though...if she wanted to "end religion"..would she say that believes in God and Jesus? When I went to the MonsterBall a few weeks ago, we actually said a prayer for Japan..she addressed God when we were praying. I'm really confused about GaGa at this point! I still love her music though.

    Okay you people need to calm down. The song is about being in love with the wrong/evil person. She's saying that Jesus is her virtue, but she clings to Judas because she's in love with the bad guy. She's Catholic, and she's not trying to hate on any religion. She's using the betrayal of Judas to Jesus as an example.

    Yeah I believe too that she's talking about bringing down religion/Jesus. I completely support with her. From the time being, Religion has killed more people than any other people did. Furthermore, Church has been needle-stabbing fingers and burning to death scientists some of which escaped(once they confessed that science is evil, and God is good), and due to those same scientists many diseases can be cured today. Moreover, Religion makes gay and different people live in fear, just because they were born that way(song: born this way). Even today, many priests are raping little innocent children, not to mention that the pope has his all clothes made of gold and yet talks about helping poor people. Gaga is trying to make this world a better place, Christians don't understand that because they were told to believe in most ridiculous things the moment they were born. If there was a god in the clouds who wants you to suck up into his ass whenever you need help, and he's almighty, he wouldn't have created Gaga or any evil in the first place. If you could just stop judging and talking about how much you are Christians and help instead, world would be so much better place to live in.
    
    In the song she says she loves Judas over Jesus, because Judas is the one who wanted to end all this. Of course, Judas didn't exist because Jesus didn't either, it's a euphemism to come across with her ideas, unfortunately, only to those people whose mind is open and they're not robots following the orders from a 2 thousand years old book without even thinking. Do me a favor and when science finds a cure for aids,cancer and all other illnesses NEVER EVER USE IT because RELIGION HAS ALWAYS BEEN AGAINST SCIENCE AND YOU CAN ONLY BE CLOSE TO GOD WHEN YOU'RE DEAD!

    Well gaga is a real artist with a good heart and a smart brain. The song its only about moving on in ur life and dont think about the wrong things u did in the past in order to move toward the light...amyways a song can mean diferrent things for each person just dont get gaga wrong....she is a broken heart and she calls the man she loved judas bcs he is evil .he betrayed her just like he betrayed jesus .and thats y she wants to bring down a king with no crown ...she says jesus is my virtue but judas is the deamon i cling to that mean she always keep falling in love with the wrong man...all her lovers were evils and broke her heart ....and thats all what this song is about she wanted a good man and she was ready to wash his feet with her hair if he needs .that means that and ready to be a good women for who ever loved her and took care of her but bcs she is a broken heart she left down with a rock show .fame hooker.prostitute wench vomits her mind....dont get gaga wrong....
